Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Titan Limousines, we understand that plans can change. We’ve designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair and flexible as possible, prioritizing your convenience while allowing us to manage our fleet and chauffeur schedules responsibly.

1. Our General Philosophy

We believe in clear communication and fair treatment. We’ll never charge hidden fees, and we’ll always work with you to find a reasonable solution if your plans shift.

2. Cancellation Policy

We operate with a graduated cancellation timeline to be as accommodating as possible.

For All Sedan, SUV, and Limousine Bookings:

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of any deposit or payment made.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: Any deposit paid will be converted to a full credit for future use, valid for one year from the original service date.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: Deposits are typically non-refundable. However, please call us immediately at +1 (778) 300-1585. We will review the circumstances and, if we can re-book the vehicle, we will issue a credit for future use.

3. Changes to Your Booking

We happily accommodate changes to your reservation at no additional fee, subject to vehicle availability.

  • Need to adjust pickup time or location? No problem.
  • Want to add an extra stop to your itinerary? We can do that.
  • Need to upgrade to a larger vehicle? Let’s arrange it.

4. Refund Process

If you are entitled to a refund under this policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. “No-Show” Policy

If the chauffeur arrives at the scheduled pickup location and is unable to make contact or wait a reasonable time (as defined by the service type), the full booking amount will be charged. We always try to call and text the contact numbers provided before this happens.

6. Cancellations by Titan Limousines

In the extremely rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe vehicle mechanical failure, extreme weather making travel unsafe), you will receive:

  • full and immediate refund, or
  • The option to re-book with a 20% discount on your future reservation.

We will provide as much advance notice as possible and assist in finding alternative transportation.

7. Special Considerations

We always consider extenuating circumstances. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, illness, or flight cancellation, please contact us. We will review your situation case-by-case and aim for a compassionate solution.
